The dim gray decorative trim extends across the whole bottom of SKYWORTH Q71, like a mountain
range under dim moonlight. It has undergone rounds of manual grinding, polishing and oxidation,
exemplifying the supreme quality of SKYWORTH TVs.
To avoid losing the details of the complexity on the surface during polishing, our designers and
industrial process engineers polished the TV manually. They first used a hemp wheel to roughly
polish the surface for 4 to 6 minutes, removing the extrusion, scratches, bruise and noise, etc.
Then, they continued with wind wheel polishing for 5 minutes, eliminating the marks on the surface
and sharp edges. Lastly, they proceeded with micro-pattern polishing with wax paper and green wax,
enhancing the brightness of substrates. In terms of oxidation, our industrial process engineers
worked with our vendors to conduct dozens of matching experiments on sulfuric acid, phosphoric
acid and nitric acid in three months, and came up with the ideal oxidative polishing formula.

The design of the TV base adopts die casting paint and wire drawing process to combine light and
dark colors. We went above and beyond in innovation and in-depth study to achieve this towering,
dazzling, high-tech and premium design.
We used silver powder particle arrangement and silver-plating resin with excellent permeability.
Coupled with the paint formula of high purity aluminum paste and nano color paste, this formula’s
silver particles have a consistent size and are evenly distributed. Its metallic texture has
strong permeability, maximizing the metallic texture of the plating.
In designing the base, we first adopted 240# coarse sand belt drawing in removing the marks and
scratches on the surface. Then we used 400# sanding belt to achieve the ultra-fine drawing effect,
and applied lubricant for polishing and grinding, enhancing the luster and presenting a stunning
texture.

The middle frame underwent ten major industrial procedures, including 6063 customized aluminum
extrusion, CNC programming, one-piece bending, shaping, rough grinding, repairing, sandblasting,
CNC milling, CNC polishing, and anodic oxidation, and over thirty other minor industrial
processes.
It was particularly challenging to fix the knife cuts especially when processing bright edges, due
to the large frame size, the long CNC knives and massive vibrations. We experimented with 25
knives including an oblique knife, flat-bottomed knife, and a cutter head with a 60/120 diameter.
Finally, we customized a 15° diamond knife at a rotation speed of 20,000 to perform a single cut
and sweep, perfectly presenting the luster and texture of the bright edges.
